Terms of Use

By using RoofCostLookup you accept these terms.

Informational estimates only

All cost figures on this site are modelled estimates from public data (see Methodology). They are not quotes, bids, appraisals or professional advice, and no figure here creates a contract or a promise about any contractor's price. Verify any decision with written quotes from licensed, insured contractors in your area.

Safety

Roofing work involves fall and electrical hazards. Nothing on this site encourages or instructs working on a roof; measuring and inspection guidance here is limited to ground- and attic-level methods. Hire licensed professionals for roof work.

Content and dataset

Site content may be quoted with attribution. The downloadable dataset may be reused under the terms stated on the dataset page, including keeping its "modelled estimate" labelling. All other rights are reserved.

Third-party links

Links to other sites (including retailer links marked as affiliate links) are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse their content or prices.

Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on these estimates. Questions: contact@roofcostlookup.com.
